Blog - April/May 2022 I don’t really know where to start, so much has happened and is happening, that I should have gotten something out a lot sooner. How about start with an apology for my lack of promptness in putting this together before now. But I do have a pretty good excuse. I had a total hip replacement back on April 5th and have been recovering and in rehab since. I can say that I am getting stronger every day and more confident in my walking, but I still catch myself in coach mode, and telling myself to get up and stop faking it! Old habits are hard to break. Realization, one day at a time taking one step at a time! Ukranian Refugee Aid We recently met a young Ukrainian immigrant woman named Nastya. Nastya felt the calling from the Lord to go to Poland to find her sister who had fled the war and bring her here to Texas.
