RELATIONSHIP or RELIGION

HiS PRINT is all about relationships and has nothing to do with religion. First, our relationship with Jesus Christ is of the utmost importance! Loving and trusting in Him and Him alone allows us to enter into a Father and Son relationship with our Daddy God who made us in His own image, gifted us with HiS Holy Spirit and loves us enough to choose how we will live our life! For Him? Living and loving with each breath and step we take, which for HiS PRINT leads us directly into what we are all about! A team who loves people where they are and loves them 'till they ask why! Building relationships with people so they can see Jesus and develop a relationship with Him. This year our team exemplified what it meant to be a church without walls, which is exactly what the church is: not a building, but a body of believers living and serving together, wherever we go and with whomever we meet! 38 people from 14 different church bodies coming together for the sole purpose of sharing our relationship with Jesus and HiS with us!

I do have a prayer request for the health of Vukasin, a very special friend from Serbia. Vukasin is the president of the Wild Dogs, the football team that brought us to Serbia for the camp. He had a mild heart attack on Tuesday and had two stents implanted.  He is now resting better, but still in the hospital. Vukasin is due to be released tomorrow and although he shouldn't, he is still planning on coming to Croatia over the weekend. He loves HiS HOUSE and wanted to be here to help with the shipment. Please pray for his physical and spiritual health.

I'm not sure if you remember, but the committee we set up to help distribute football equipment across the Balkans "AFACT" has been busy collecting equipment orders and providing advice as to which team gets what when it comes to needs. In fact, the committee's impact is being felt already, throughout the region and beyond. Eurasia TotalFit, an organization that is using exercise as a way of loving people where they are, is asking for help in establishing a similar committee for TotalFit gym/churches across Eurasia. God's impact through relational cooperation! 

Shipment arrived on Tuesday July 25

The long awaited shipment ARRIVED on Tuesday and that is the reason you have heard nothing from me. After unloading on Tuesday, we have spent 12 hours each of the last 3 days reorganizing each of the 40 boxes and getting them ready for storage as well as easier distribution on equipment orders. It has been hard work but a blessing every step. We are ready to extend His love to others by providing equipment and meeting their team needs the best we can!

On one of the evenings, about 8 coaches and parents from surrounding cities that have Little League baseball teams drove to Sisak to help us unload and organize the equipment. It was a real blessing to have the help!  When I asked the group what they thought when they saw all this equipment, one of the parents answered, "It's like Disneyland!" That pretty well sums up everyone's experience when they come and see 16,000 pounds of sports equipment all in one location!

I am blessed to witness the impact God is having on people when they receive something they need and desire for their team and are overjoyed when they receive it for free! God is allowing us to love them right where they are! I'll send you an update on how the equipment distribution goes during the next several days. We have teams lined up to come stay at HiS HOUSE and pick up equipment until I leave on Wednesday!
