July 13 Update from Croatia

These last few days have been filled with fun, laughter and opportunities to love on children at the Vacation Bible School at the church in Petrinja! It has been a joy to see our team cooperate with the church family from the churches of Petrinja and Moscenica, and share Christ's love wth the 30 children that are coming each night! Maja, our future AWANA Commander is such a natural leader and the joy she has for children resonates out of her every move and action! Her smile is so full of joy that you are drawn to Christ because of it. I am so happy to witness the HiS PRINT team being a part of VBS for the first time and look forward to the future years as well! Our home church Commander, Bobby D is here showing support for Maja and is running the games every night. His joy of serving Christ with children Alain resonates in his every action and is not thwarted by the language barrier! Jesus is felt through his joy of serving these children and helping them see Him through fun and games!

During the day the team has gone to the blind association and spent time just sharing and fellowship as well as playing blindfold darts with them! It has been a great time of just being available to sit and share.

I have been busy moving and organizing inventory. The remaining 7 of the 10 pallets of sports equipment was still outside under tarps and praise God the weather has cooperated and not rained, but according to the forecast, starting Wednesday through this next Sunday, it was due to rain. So I had several people help me reorganize what we had and and move on what we just received and thankfully moved in the last pallet last evening and the rain came several hours later. God's timing is the best and we are thankful for every minute of it!

After VBS, we came home and ate dinner and then I had a couple of ice cream cakes to celebrate Shannon's (Sis) service to HiS PRINT! She is going to be in college studying these next couple of years and will not be able to participate in coming on the MLO"s in the summer because of classes and internships. She is a vital part of the team and has been my right hand person for the past 10 years! I pray she will remain active as our administrative assistant and the vital and important role that plays in it every year and she will be missed by the HiS PRINT team but most definitely by the people she has developed meaningful and lasting relationships with!
This is God's ministry and He will raise up those He calls to service and every year He has called a team together that has responded to His call, "Who will go for us, whom shall I send?" and each member here has responded, with a joyful and excited, "Here I am, use me!" He has used each and everyone of you every year to help this team accomplish what we do! You can't all travel, but your prayers and support send us, encourage us, and lift us up these 6,000 miles away! Thank you for your continued support!

HE DID IT! Let's Do IT!
Let's never stop!

Your Friend,

Mossman
