Day 5 - God's Strength through His Servants

Day 5 - God's Strength through His Servants.

This team that God has assembled here at HiS HOUSE in Croatia is a blessing to serve with. Like every year, He brings the people together to march forward sharing His love in so may ways and in so many areas! We have people moving everywhere and seeing God show up is such a blessing. I am going to just try and give a small glimpse of each ministry area and activity so you can get a grasp of all the moving parts!

Rachel and Angelique are making great connections with the 12 young ladies who have come to the dance camp. They have really meshed together so well and have made deeper connections spiritually with the girls. They did an exercise of taking their burdens to the cross, with Rachel sharing her difficulties by writing them on a scrap of paper and then she burned the paper, explaining that is what happens when you place your faith and trust in Jesus. Those sins and difficulties are removed and replaced with His forgiveness and love! I know God used that to plant seeds in the depths of those young hearts that will begin to grow!

Sis led the group to several activities at the library with an activity night followed by a movie night last night. They had 70 and 50 children involved and after each event the children linger and don't want to leave, building those relationships through just loving on them! The librarian told me that we bring magic when we come, with so many children they don't normally see! I told her it was His love!  God is really working on the workers as well as the children!

Sis also lead the group to the handicap center yesterday morning and they did a craft and then sat around and did a praise and worship time with them, which was a real blessing! Janko and CBass provided the music and the team sang along with the 8 ladies who came. God's love expressed through friendship and worship music.

In Split, the baseball camp in the morning had 8 more players come and participate and we had a blast doing drills with them. They also listened to the devotional I have around a sacrifice bunt and the ultimate sacrifice Jesus did for us. God really softened those toying hearts as well as the coaches! I then flew back to Sisak and the remaining 4 football coaches stayed to do the final 3 days of football camp! We are really making deeper connections there with the Sea Wolves and excited about the spiritual growth potential there!

Lastly, we had registration for the Sisak Storks baseball camp that starts Wednesday morning. It was neat to see 50 players sign up and from 5 different cities! We are starting to expand this to involve many other clubs involved in the little league! Blessed to see all the activity and the opportunity to explain to them why we are there and to pray with them afterward was warming to my soul and set the tone for sharing the rest of the week. We have camp every morning and early evening for the next 3 days!

Please keep us in your prayers, for energy and strength as well as His love to shine through each of us through all the opportunities presented!

I'll close with my own personal creed or disciples prayer!

May I always be a
