March 16: Croatia MLO Day 6 - Fantastic Show of God's Hands

Folks,

Monday was an awesome day, first because we didn’t have to get up and take care of 60 coaches for breakfast, we only had to deal with the 10 of us! Actually slept in and enjoyed a nice time alone and then a wonderful devotional time with the team. We spent the morning working around the house, by cleaning up and reorganizing the storage garage! Kem Crawford has been such a blessing and her motherly care of our team, the many, many visitors and working around HiS HOUSE has been a huge blessing. We all chipped in picking up the bed sheets and gathering up trash. Ricky and Kem worked hard on all the rooms cleaning and sweeping. Bobby and I worked in the garage to combine boxes of the limited equipment remaining as well as tear down the boxes we had emptied and put them away! WOW! There is room to send more equipment! All the equipment that God saw fit for us to collect up to this point back in Texas - baseball, football, hockey and CrossFit equipment to help share Christ’s love throughout this region!

Monday, Day one of the Prayer Summit was a great success with representatives and leaders from all 3 protestant churches from the region. We met in the upper room and it was a blessing to witness this union. I have worshiped and actually preached at all 3 churches but have never been with them together in a unified effort to walk together as the body of Christ to share his love with those in the community around Sisak, Moscenica and Petrinja! Pastor Bill shared his heart and taught on the importance of unity in the body, no matter where we worship or what we look like. We spent the night talking, sharing, worshiping and praying along the lines of unity.

Today we spent most of the day with the young lady, Maja, our Awana partner who has been called to start that program here in Petrinja and we are walking alongside her! We spent the morning with her praying for her, praying for the brick and mortar as well as grounds (the building the church meets in there) and then went to the home that her parents gave her to allow her to have a youth and Awana center. What a joy it was to spend that time with her and walk around the church and throughout the home and property of where Maja will begin this wonderful work for the Lord! We were blessed beyond measure with these opportunities to involve God in these opportunities.

Tonight, Tuesday we were taught about diversity and on Wednesday teamwork. We looked at Acts 8-11 and what the response was of Jesus' followers to those they came in contact with.  We are using that as an example to do the same today for each of the 3 churches! This has been a remarkable time of sharing and we are looking forward to how God will use this in the future. Our desire is to work alongside them with HiS PRINT during all of our outreaches so they can be a part of the follow up!

Please keep us as well as the people of this region in your prayers ! We are thankful for this opportunity and look forward to going where God opens the door and calls us to go! Thank you for you support and love!

God bless! HE DID IT! Let’s Do IT!
